Advantages of a Smart-Saw

Your new radial saw in conjunction with our Smart-Stop automation will enable an operator with limited experience to cut truss components quickly and precisely with proficient gains in reduced set-up times for each cut from minutes to seconds.

Developed by SMART-EVOLUTION, the Smart-Saw objective was to bring more precision and speed with more safety!

Saw Specification

-Aluminum extrusion frame 72”x36”

-5 HP , 3600 RPM saw arbor motor with brake

-575V – 3 phases (optional 240V, 380, 460V)

Advantage

-Saw angle can be setup to a minimum of six degrees.

-Laser blade guide.

-A direct gear system for angle

-Can be install very close to the wall

-400 watt ac servo motor .

-Control panels are CSA 22.2 certified.
