Developed by SMART-EVOLUTION, the automation kit automates the necessary settings to operate the setup your radial saw. Using the information downloaded to the saw, the Smart-Stop automation sets the length and the angle for each piece. On screen graphics show the orientation of the truss component to be cut as well as a cut list. Movement of the angle and length occurs after the blade returns back to its home position.

Easy Set Calibrations

-Calibration can be done in 2 ways:

1) Bringing the stop plate to the home position or

2) Calibrate from a distance.

Automatic and Manual Mode

-Operator follow the cutting file

-Operator can enter manually different lengths and angle to be cut.

Safety Block

-Operator is alerted at the bottom of the screen to  “Insert block” when the wood to be cut is shorter than a predetermined length.

Options Screen

-Operator can navigate from screen to screen without losing information with easy tab.

-Operator has the ability to customize his/her own screen.

-Speed can be adjusted for length and angle.
